The second Grain and Graze program focussed on five themes

Adaptive management included activities to assist growers with decision-making and risk analysis.

Grazing cropped land explored how livestock and cropping could co-exist in the same mixed-farming system.

Suitable land use for land type explored how different classes of land were best used for different enterprises on the farm.

Crops, pasture and fodder delivered activities and demonstrations on 'how best' to make the crop and livestock system work well together

Transition between crop and pasture addressed the issues around minimising the time and resources required to go from crop to pasture, and pasture to crop.
